TAYLOR TATUM

Terms of Use

Last updated September 30, 2026

Welcome. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to taylortatum.com and to the products, sessions, events, and content we offer through it (together, our “Services”). The Services are provided by Tippy Tailor LLC (doing business as Edge of Ether), which operates the Taylor Tatum, Golden Receiver, and Edge of Ether brands, based in Fort Collins, Colorado (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services. Questions? Email hello@taylortatum.com.

1. Who can use our Services

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us, apply for a session, or attend our events. Golden Receiver sessions and pleasure products are for adults only.

2. Shop purchases

Handmade pieces. Our capes are hand-beaded in small batches, and our crystal pleasure wands and other goods are natural or handmade. Small variations in beadwork, color, size, and crystal pattern are part of each piece’s character and are not defects. Colors may look slightly different on your screen than in person.

Prices and availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Items are limited and may sell out. If we can’t fill your order, for example because an item sold out at the same moment, we’ll let you know and give you a full refund.

Payment. Checkout and payment are handled securely by Stripe. By placing an order, you confirm that you’re authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping, returns, and damaged items. All sales are final, except for items that arrive damaged. Our Shipping & Returns policy explains shipping rates, timelines, and how to report damage, and is part of these Terms.

Intimate products. Crystal pleasure wands and pleasure boxes are for personal adult use. Follow the included care and use instructions, inspect each item before use, and stop using any item that is chipped or cracked. These products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. For hygiene reasons, opened or used intimate products can’t be returned unless they arrived damaged.

Wholesale and consignment. Wholesale and consignment arrangements are made by separate written agreement. These Terms don’t create a wholesale relationship.

3. Golden Receiver sessions and the online journey

Not medical or mental health care. Golden Receiver sessions (in person and online) are somatic bodywork, energy work, and guided self-pleasure practices for relaxation, embodiment, and personal growth. They are not medical care, physical therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, or sex therapy, and Taylor is not a licensed medical or mental health provider. Sessions are not a substitute for professional care. Please keep working with your own healthcare providers, and consult them before starting if you’re pregnant, have a medical or mental health condition, or have any concerns.

Not a sexual service. Sessions are therapeutic and educational in nature. They do not include sexual services of any kind.

Applying. Submitting an application doesn’t guarantee a session. After reviewing your application and meeting on a free discovery call, we’ll decide together whether the work is a good fit. We may decline to work with anyone at our discretion.

Your honesty and safety. You agree to answer the application honestly and completely, and to tell us before or during any session about changes in your health, medications, pregnancy, injuries, or anything else that could affect your safety.

Consent. Consent is central to this work. It’s discussed at intake, revisited at arrival, and honored moment to moment. You may pause, change, or stop a session at any time, for any reason. We may also pause or end a session if we believe continuing isn’t safe or appropriate.

Assumption of risk. Bodywork and embodiment practices can bring up strong physical sensations and emotions. You take part voluntarily and accept these possible effects. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that we’re not responsible for outcomes that result from information you didn’t share with us.

Payment, rescheduling, and cancellation. Session fees and any packages are confirmed with you privately after your discovery call. For in-person sessions, you can pay by card through the secure payment link we email you (processed by Stripe), or by Venmo or Zelle: either in full when you book, or as a 50% deposit with the remainder due when you arrive. Your session is confirmed once your deposit is received; we ask that it be paid within 24 hours of booking, and a time that isn’t confirmed may be released. Packages of three sessions are 10% off, and a single session you have already paid for can count toward a package. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your session and your deposit will be applied to your new appointment. Cancellations or missed sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice forfeit the deposit. If we need to cancel, we’ll reschedule at no cost or refund your deposit. The online journey is paid in full when you book, by card, or over time through Klarna where offered at checkout (subject to Klarna’s own terms). One-off coaching sessions are paid in full by card when you book, before choosing your time; if you reschedule at least 24 hours ahead, your payment moves to the new time, while cancellations or missed sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice are not refunded. If we need to cancel, we’ll reschedule at no cost or refund you in full. Free 15-minute calls have no charge. Refunds for the online journey and packages are handled as agreed in writing when you book. Session payments are for services and don’t include sales tax.

Confidentiality. What you share in sessions and in your application stays private, as described in our Privacy Policy, except where disclosure is required by law or needed to protect someone’s safety.

4. Events

Some events are ticketed through Eventbrite or other platforms, and their terms and refund policies apply to those tickets. By attending an in-person or online event, you agree to take part respectfully, and you accept responsibility for your own wellbeing and belongings. We may change or cancel events. If we cancel, we’ll offer a refund or a spot at a future event.

5. The Birthright community, podcast, and newsletter

The Birthright online community is hosted on Skool and is subject to Skool’s terms as well as any community guidelines we share there. The Birthright Podcast, our newsletter, and our free resources, such as the vocal activation, are shared for education and inspiration and are not professional advice.

6. Our content

Everything on our website, including text, photos, videos, audio, podcast episodes, music, logos, and our cape designs, belongs to us or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You’re welcome to share links to our pages. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use our content, designs, or brand names for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. What you send us

When you send us a message, application, testimonial, or review, you confirm that it’s yours to share and doesn’t violate anyone’s rights. If you send us a testimonial or review, you allow us to share it on our website and social media, with your name shown only as you agree (for example, first name and last initial, or anonymously). You can ask us to remove it at any time.

8. Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse our Services. For example, don’t send spam or harmful code, try to access areas of the site you’re not authorized to use, interfere with how the site works, or submit false information.

Our site links to other services, like Stripe, Eventbrite, Skool, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and social media. We’re not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

10. Disclaimers

Our website and content are provided “as is.” We work to keep information accurate and the site running smoothly, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or available. Nothing on our website, podcast, newsletter, or social media is medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase or session is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase or session. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t be limited under law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to protect us from claims, losses, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that result from your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Larimer County, Colorado, unless the law where you live requires otherwise. Before filing any claim, please email us first so we can try to resolve it together.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our Services change. We’ll update the date at the top. Changes apply from the date they’re posted, and continuing to use the Services means you accept them.
